Gwen M. Walker, a successful business woman who owns a consulting service business and a Management Counselor with SCORE one of America's Nationwide Counseling Agencies. She has over 30 years experience in business ownership and counseling.
In addition, to the many years of experience, she has an extensive educational background. She holds several college degrees: Nursing (BSN), Psychology (BS) Sociology(BS) and Business Administration.
She decided to write these resource books for business start-up hopefuls to help them avoid some of the problems that she and many others encountered starting a business.
Ms. Walker is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana. In August 2005 after Hurricane Katrina, she and her husband relocated to Montgomery, Alabama where she currently live. She has a Daughter and a precious Grandson.
